Breakfast! Every day, we received an extensive selection brought on a huge tray to our door. The entire staff was ftheriendly and happy to help us. We liked it so much that we returned the next week. Location could not be better. Located in center of the downtown with some of the best (reasonable) restaurants within 3 blocks. I could not expect any more from the friendly staff.
BASMA, FADI,AMR,MARWAN,MONA & ABEER all made our stays truly special.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The appliances were up to date and modern, and so was the bathroom. The internet signal was strong and reliable as well, which was a big plus for me. Also, there is always someone at the desk who is willing to help with whatever your needs may be. For the price, it cant be beat compared to the higher end hotels in town.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, they changed as to a better room the second day and they did our laundry for a good price. All the staff were really kind, specially Basma, the receptionist in the morning, Abeer and Mona!! Fady, Amr and Kareem were really helpful and friendly! Thanks a lot for a lovely stay!

Good location near Tahrid Square, many options to eat and buy around and close to the Go Bus station. The team was very nice and attentive and was offering help to book excursions to the main sites in Cairo, unfortunately I didn't have time to take any... They also helped me with the airport pick up at 2 am...

The location was great. It is very close to the Egyptian museum and the GoBus Station. Nouran was extremely helpful hostess! I was travelling with 7 year old daughter and it could be challenging, but it turned out much easier than I expected, thanks to the hotels stuff, who was there to solve any problem and answer any question. My daughter felt home. The breakfast was very nice)

Nouran and her friends are always available whenever we need help, even during midnight 3am! The room was big with nice balcony, looking at one of the busy street in the heart of old Cairo. The Egyptian Museum is just 8mins walk away. Breakfast was simple but great.

The service of this hotel was very welcoming, especially Nouran, who was in charge of receiving me, confirmed the pick-up and check in time with me before check-in, and also helped me with the itinerary afterwards, and the questions I asked were all answered quickly and of high quality, and the room was also very large and at a perfect location, which was a very good experience.

I had nice stay, value for money. The room was big and wide, it was very clean. WiFi signal was strong, breakfast was very good. Location is very wonderful in downtown in the heart of Cairo. Staff very friendly and helpful..

My room was upgraded, thanka for that. Rooms are cleand and beds are comfortable especially after a long, tiring and roasting day. All the staff are nice, Nouran and the young lad at the reception are helpful, kudos!

A good hostel in a old beautiful building. We had a good experience. The view from the balcony, cleanliness, breakfast, location and most importantly, these are the people who work there. Any question, any wish - all with attention, care and efficiency. Separately, I want to thank you Shrouk. She helped us find a room when we decided to stay in Cairo for a couple more days, organized a trip to Giza and helped us with all the questions that we had. And all this with attention and care.

it is with in the city, accessible to to a lot of stores. clean and tidy for a cheap price. staffs are very kind and accommodating especially Shrouk and Omar.

The location is amazing, close to the Tahir square, if you like walking around it's perfect, I did almost everything on foot from there. The Hotel looks like it was renovated just now and the breakfast at the balcony was another high point to the experience. All the staff was friendly and I had the opportunity to chat with them, they were genuinely interested in my country. Be aware though that the streets are noisy 24h, there is always a driver honking doesn't matter the time (but this is everywhere in Cairo). I would definitely return here.

We didn’t stay at the Regency, the owner moved us to Midtown Hotel. At first we were worried but once we saw our room, we were in love! Everything was so clean, great balcony view, the staff spoke excellent English and that helped a lot! They also provided many services, called taxis for us and ordered food! We booked our stay five nights but added two because it was so lovely! The location is also fantastic for shopping! WiFi worked very well. Ahmed and Nouran were amazing!!! I will miss them!

All the staff was very available, flexible and open to discussion about historical and modern Egypt State.
We got very clear information on many topics, including food, stores, services, transportation,...
Breakfasts were very enjoyable with home-made cooking !

Excellent location 5 minute walk from Egyptian museum and convenient to catch an Uber right outside the front door to other places. Very friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, perfect English too. The hotel is on the third level of a historic building with what look to be original doors and windows which were incredible architectural details. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was nice to have and open the doors in the morning. Bathroom was tiny but glad to have a private one, especially for the price. Bed was comfy, AC was strong, and the mini fridge kept or provisions cold. Great value and would stay here again.

The location Was awesome. It was right in the middle of Cairo with a lot of nice food places worth to Go.
The staff Was super Kind and reacted very friendly on further requests. We had a room with a balcony which Was beautiful and perfect for a breakfast with the view on the Tahrir Square. We really enjoyed our Trip and Stay in Cairo and would definitly recommend staying in the regency Inn. The breakfast was easy but also nice and more than enough. Bread with Omelett, jam, cheese, Coffee and some fruits.

We enjoyed the spacious room, well equipt bathroom and kind staff. Especially I must mentioned the service of Fady, who takes care about us that we felt like at home. The breakfast was delicious, the best on our trip.

Breakfast and everything was so nice

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. They helped us with our luggage, made a hot breakfast everyday, and provided all of the information we required for our trip. They organized trips for us from within the hotel, and ensured we were dropped off to our doorstep. They also helped us when we needed to go into the town for a job, and personally escorted us so we weren’t alone at any time. There was hot tea and coffee made for us whenever we needed, and any queries were sorted immediately with a smile. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in a home away from home. Hamada, Fady, and Ashraf are some of the many staff that made us feel at home.

Originally booked a room for 3 nights, ended up coming back here to base ourselves between our different travels within Egypt !!
The rooms are spacious and comfortable in the MIDDLE of huge and busy Cairo and therefore in an ideal location to do everything by foot in this huge and crazy city !
Furthermore, thanks to the regency inn team and particularly to Ahmed, we were provided incredible help and a friendly support no matter where we were in Egypt.
Ahmed basically helped us organize our whole trip (one month) according to our different requests and stayed in touch with us during the whole time: helping us book tailored tours throughout the country at amazing rates, simply providing help or advice about what to see or do according to our location or simply telling us what not to miss in his beloved country without getting ripped off !
To sum up we felt like being welcomed in Egypt by a friend not interested in our money but rather helping us enjoy in the best ways possible according to our budget.

The stay was by far the best in whole Egypt.
The Hotel was spotless clean and the service astonishing.
English is very well spoken and every wish you can think of will be taken care of.
Don't let yourself be taken aback by the entrance and the noisy street in front of the hotel (wich is by the way a very good place to start all activities and catch an uber). Inside you'll find yourself taken into another world when entering the second floor. The rooms are spacious, have good and new air-conditioning and are very quiet!

The room was comfortable. Abdo and two other personnel were very friendly and helpful. I’d choose here again for another stay.

The place is really nice in a perfect location near where you can buy whatever you like
