The place is really nice in a perfect location near where you can buy whatever you likethe music are really good!I would like to thank from the reception:1- mohamed and mahmoud they is super helpful, he cares about everything and always here for me, really thanks a-lot2- Mr Asharf he is always smiling to all people, spreading happiness wherever he goes! And always helpful..The Housekeeping was more than professional and make room sterilized everyday and hope to keep same level of cleanliness standards day after day Eman and AsMaaAnd thanks for cooperation especially owner < Ahmed Elnazer he was polite and smiling all the time, very good experience

Breakfast! Every day, we received an extensive selection brought on a huge tray to our door. The entire staff was ftheriendly and happy to help us. We liked it so much that we returned the next week. Location could not be better. Located in center of the downtown with some of the best (reasonable) restaurants within 3 blocks. I could not expect any more from the friendly staff.BASMA, FADI,AMR,MARWAN,MONA & ABEER all made our stays truly special.

Good location near Tahrid Square, many options to eat and buy around and close to the Go Bus station. The team was very nice and attentive and was offering help to book excursions to the main sites in Cairo, unfortunately I didn't have time to take any... They also helped me with the airport pick up at 2 am...

The stay was by far the best in whole Egypt.The Hotel was spotless clean and the service astonishing.English is very well spoken and every wish you can think of will be taken care of.Don't let yourself be taken aback by the entrance and the noisy street in front of the hotel (wich is by the way a very good place to start all activities and catch an uber). Inside you'll find yourself taken into another world when entering the second floor. The rooms are spacious, have good and new air-conditioning and are very quiet!

I had nice stay, value for money. The room was big and wide, it was very clean. WiFi signal was strong, breakfast was very good. Location is very wonderful in downtown in the heart of Cairo. Staff very friendly and helpful..Special thanks for Nouran she is very kind and helpfull and telling us more information about the most beautiful places in cairo

Everething was perfect..The personnel staff was so great to us Noran and Merouane and specially Abir ❤️, they were so kind to us they are so lovely thanx to them we enjoyed our staythe breakfast was so delicious and warmfull ..The localisation is perfection in the heart of cairoClose to everythingEverything was clean and in place i will return to this hotel the next time for sur

The room was comfortable. Abdo and two other personnel were very friendly and helpful. I’d choose here again for another stay.

The service of this hotel was very welcoming, especially Nouran, who was in charge of receiving me, confirmed the pick-up and check in time with me before check-in, and also helped me with the itinerary afterwards, and the questions I asked were all answered quickly and of high quality, and the room was also very large and at a perfect location, which was a very good experience.
